I looked up at the clouds

You said that one right there, looks like its feeling down

I see it now that you've pointed it out

(yeah it does kinda look sad)

Maybe its frowning only because the sun's not out

I-i-i look down at the ground

And tap my feet anxiously, cause the words won't come out

Just woke up to a text that said

"do you wanna go cloudwatching with me?"

I was like "yeah, of course i wanna go do that"

"do you know of any good spots near you and me?"

She said "i know of one. it's on a beach, next to some trees, right by a lake"

I said "sounds great! do you want me to just meet you there, or pick you up at 8?"

She said "you could slide over beforehand. and you could kiss me, and we could slow dance"

Then my heart started beating faster
