Lyrics

Down Wit U

[Intro: Bure & Brandy]

Bure

B Rocka

B Squared on it

Yeah

Down, down, down

[Chorus: Brandy & Bure]

I wanna be down

With what you're going through

I wanna be down

I wanna be down with you

No matter the time

Of day or night, it's true

I wanna be down

Uh, uh

[Verse 1: Bure]

Yo, we take it slow, loc

Running fast, but you make my world slow-mo

'Cause I'm down witcha

Ain't a thing just to hit you up when I'm down

You a queen, get your crown

Hop in the coupe, take you for a night on the town or strip

And I love the way you bite your bottom lip

When I whisper in your ear

Ain't nothing left to fear with me

This thang ain't nothin' but a G

I set the mood right

Put on some "Full Moon" while we watch the full moon

Sippin' on the brandy

Smellin' like candy and them flowers that only bloom in Junе

And soon, we gon' take this party straight to my room

Knock 'em anklеs loose, Tpindell on it

Got a nigga in love, you cast a spell on it

Got me acting a fool

Make me nervous, got me loosin' my cool

No holding back, that's our number one rule

[Pre-Chorus: Bure]

Yo, nothin' else matters when we just here, vibesing

We just maxin' while we switching 'em gears

Got a problem, I'm all ears, know you can just come to me

Don't need nobody else, we enjoy each other's company

Just call me a mack, I'm Usher Raymond

You the one I'm claiming

From you I'm hearing no complaining

Got the cinnamon candles burning

Each other, we still learning

But for you, I'd prolly spend my every earning

Down

[Chorus: Brandy]

I wanna be down

With what you're going through

I wanna be down

I wanna be down with you

No matter the time

Of day or night, it's true

I wanna be down

Down

With what you're going through

I wanna be down

I wanna be down with you

No matter the time

Of day or night, it's true

I wanna be down

[Verse 2: Bure]

Look, ain't much else to say though

Icy like Sawuavo, we pull up then it's fatal

You my partner-in-crime, we chasing skies and the rainbows

Anybody look your way, then I'm murkin' niggas like Cato

I'm that down, making you laugh like I'm the class clown

That trait to our children is what I gotta pass down

Steppin' clean in my NOCTAs

You taught me deal with frustration and channel my patience like doctors

Never thought I learn so much from one person

My whole life people was cursin' and hoping shit would just worsen

Long as I got you as my ride-or-die, we be touching the sky like Ye and Lupe

You better watch the throne 'cause it a new day

It's the good life, nobody treat you like the Bure do

I bid all the other girls adieu

'Cause I know you be knowing more than what they think they do

Like a heater, we don't keep things cool

[Pre-Chorus: Bure]

Don't you worry 'bout Keisha and Teresa

Or Topanga and don't even worry about Moesha

'Cause there's so many things that I can teach ya like Dee

Have some fun like Myles, be ya lover like 'Keem

But this shit's something realer than what you see on the screen

And when we step up in the spot, we the number one team

Looking like 'Dre and Big, we so fresh so clean

So when it snow, we Jane Torvill and Christopher Dean

Down

[Chorus: Brandy]

I wanna be down

With what you're going through

I wanna be down

I wanna be down with you

No matter the time

Of day or night, it's true

I wanna be down
