WAR

From CAMPILATION2024

Written by Ant Clemons, Ari Lennox, Camper

Lyrics

WAR

[Intro: Jeremih]

Yeah

(Welcome to the Camp)

Uh

[Verse 1: Jeremih]

Something's on the horizon

Kept you past your curfew

Bought you your first of Nikes

Heard your Daddy don’t like me

Brother wanna fight me

I ain't scared to tell the truth

That shit really excites me

Yeah, you got it from your momma

And yeah, she cool with me

Shootin' dice with your cousin

I’m homies with your sister

[Chorus: Jeremih]

I ain't got time to lose with you

All I know is that I miss you

Bring grenades to your door

For your love I'll go to—

For your love I'll go to war

Love I'll go to war

Love I'll go to war

For your love I'll go to—

For your love I'll go to war

[Break: Ari Lennox]

Ohh

Oh-ooh, ayy

[Verse 2: Ari Lennox]

Ladies, arе-ladies, are-ladies, arе-

Ladies, are you dumb? (Are you dumb?)

Ladies is he dumb? (Is he dumb?)

Fingers up, he know you the one (You the one)

Middle fingers tell him, "Fuck somethin'" (Fuck somethin’)

I read you like RL Stine, not a livin' dummy

I get goosebumps when you touch me (Yeah-yeah)

Pullin' on my strings and triggers, now you tryna fuck me (Mm-hm)

Can't be playing in my face with a spray-on fade

Pull that mask up off your head like Scooby Doo, nigga (Doo, nigga)

Tweeting all your feelings, Looney Tune, nigga (Tune, nigga)

[Chorus: Jeremih, Ari Lennox, Jeremih & Ari Lennox]

I ain’t got time to lose with you (Ayy)

All I know is that I miss you (Ayy)

Bring grenades to your door

For your love I'll go to—

For your love I'll go to war

Love I'll go to war

Love I'll go to war (Yeah-yeah)

For your love I'll go to war (Ooh)

For your love I'll go to war (Oh)

Love I'll go to war

Love I'll go to war

For your love

For your love I'll go to war

Love I'll go to war (Ayy)

Love I'll go to war

For your love I'll go to— (Ooh)
