Walking an empty road, nowhere for me to go Lost and lonely, yeah, it's only me Burnt out like candlelight, left blazing through the night Melting slowly until nothing else is left of me Colored in shades of grey Watching the days pass in front of me Longing to find a way I can fly away, I'm drifting through this blue, blue world It's always been clear to me, how cruel the world can be My shadow's the only one beside me No love to call my own, no notifs on my phone Sunken silence has engulfed the very life I lead Colored in shades of grey Watching the years pass in front of me Memories I wish would stay Always fade away, I'm lonely in this blue, blue world Though my heart is torn And my weary wings are worn Just tonight, can't I dream of a better life With happiness in sight?
