Across the rhein and road There shown a sacrament It glistened indigo; Sat wise and innocent And in red stood the bridges That I could fly off My apprehensions There stood my riches Don’t think I’d land soft I’m at a loss Your luminous And I’m your moth I’m your moth Flight of the flock I’m up aloft My albatross I want to see the world With clearer eyes And a palate as clear Or formed the color white But 1000 years at once Will do things to your mind A synesthesia A mix of dye I’ve finally understood My potent pleasures In simple measures I’ve finally understood My thoughts alone A brazen treasure I’m at a loss Your luminous And I’m your moth I’m your moth Flight of the flock Cream of the crop I’m now aloft Burn it down it all The things I own don’t do me good anymore Throw it out; it all My things won’t do me good anymore
