T.T.P. Lyrics

Lyrics

T.T.P.

Written by Bryan-Michael Cox, Jermaine Dupri

Lyrics

T.T.P.

[Intro]

Oh, oh

Oh, oh

You should be looking for a (Oh)

Oh, oh (Oh, oh, yeah)

T.T.P. (No, no, no)

Oh, oh (No, no)

Oh, oh

You should be looking for a (Oh, yeah)

Oh, oh (Oh, oh, yeah)

T.T.P

[Verse 1]

Somebody tell me

Why do people stay in situations that'll never work?

Talking 'bout you wanna leave and you can't wait to get even

But deep inside, it really hurts

You never should've ever got in the mix

You never understand till you go through it

All the right things to say, wrong things to do

While you're out trying to pick and choose

[Chorus]

You should be looking for a T.T.P

Now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now, hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package

You should be looking for a T.T.P

Now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now (Oh), hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package (Oh, oh)

[Verse 2]

I used to be young and dumb and always wanted to run

In the streets 'cause I thought that was where it was at

But it wasn't, all it did was leave a brother in the cold

With nowhere to go

I caught myself slipping, thinking I was the lick

I was tripping, trying to jump dip to dip

I thought it was the way to be happy

Until somebody took time to tell me, yeah

[Chorus]

You should be looking for a T.T.P

Now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now (Na, na, na, na), hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package (Na, na, na, you should be looking)

T.T.P., now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now (Na, na, na, na, na, na, na), hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package (Oh, oh, yeah)

[Bridge]

So, so many people think

They got it but they don't have a clue

You gotta have more than just a body for me to be

Talking about you, oh

Take, take, take it from me

When playing the game, your day will come

When you gotta stop what you're doing

Start looking for the one

[Bridge]

Don't stop please

Keep looking, fellas (Yeah)

Don't stop, stop (Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na)

You'll get it, get it (All in together now)

Don't stop please (Hey)

Keep looking, fellas

Don't stop, stop (You should be looking)

You'll get it, you'll get it

Don't stop please

Keep looking, fellas (Trying to be with somebody that keeps it)

Don't stop, stop

You'll get it, get it (Yeah)

Don't stop please (Hey)

Keep looking, fellas

Don't stop, stop

[Chorus]

You should be looking for a T.T.P. (You should be looking)

Now that I know the difference (Na, na), that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now (Oh), hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package (Should be looking)

T.T.P., now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with (Trying to be or want to be, yeah)

Somebody that keeps it all in together now, hey! (Na, na)

I'm living better since I found the total package (Na, na, na)

You should be looking for a T.T.P

Now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now, hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package

You should be looking for a T.T.P

Now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now, hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package

You should be looking for a T.T.P

Now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now, hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package

You should be looking for a T.T.P

Now that I know the difference, that's all I'm trying to be with

Somebody that keeps it all in together now, hey!

I'm living better since I found the total package
