Beabadoobee has announced the title of her second album, 'BEATOPIA'

There's no release date yet, but it's expected this summer.

Beabadoobee has announced the title of her forthcoming second album. Writing on social media, Bea explains: "'BEATOPIA' [is] the name of my record :) jacob and i went a bit crazy making it. i cant wait for it to be yours to hear" She's announced the news with a big billboard featuring the album's title, scribbled in a pleasingly chaotic fashion.

If you click through to her website, there's a clip in the background of what looks like a new music video. There's no release date for the album yet, though it's expected to land at some point this summer.

Last month, Bea teased we'd be getting new music soon.

With a summer of festivals coming up, she confirmed the news on TikTok, repeating the phrase “new music soon” to the tune of melody lines from her forthcoming second album, expected to land this year.

The record will follow up on last year’s EP ‘Our Extended Play’ and 2020’s debut full length ‘Fake It Flowers’.
