It comes alongside a new single, 'Motions'.

Cassia have announced the release details for their new album, 'Why You Lacking Energy?'.
Set to arrive on 15th July via BMG, the news comes alongside a new single, 'Motions'. Talking about the track, drummer Jake Leff explains: "We wanted motions to feel like sand slipping through your fingers, a kind of unrelenting passing of time that you can't stop regardless of how tightly you clench your fists. It is based on one spiralling thought that I have every so often: my time is slipping away and I'm not spending it how I should. Motions is like the wave of relief the moment I realised that I am not alone in this pseudo-life crisis".
