Courtney Barnett is set to soundtrack an upcoming documentary.
Working alongside her Milk! labelmate Evelyn Ida Morris, they'll provide the music for Brazen Hussies, a film exploring Australia’s Women’s Liberation Movement in the 1960s and ’70s.
Directed by Catherine Dwyer, it will curate a selection of archival footage, photographs and personal accounts from Australian women’s rights activists.
Still in development, the film is “seeking donations to support the film’s production, soundtrack and artwork.”
