Mae Muller has released her new single 'In My Head', marking her second release as an independent artist.
The alt-pop track follows her recent single 'Breakaway', and explores themes of overthinking, insecurity and self-awareness.
"I wrote this song like I was writing a diary entry, more like a stream of consciousness," Muller explains. "It comes from a vulnerable place which can be uncomfortable, but also, it's such a privilege. Now, I'm really able to take control and write my feelings exactly how I want and in my own voice, and I'm really enjoying the power that comes with that. It feels really special."
