Metronomy unveil a fiery new video for ‘Hang Me Out To Dry’
The Robyn-featuring number now has a video that’ll make Jeremy Clarkson burst into tears at first sight
The Robyn-featuring ‘Hang Me Out To Dry’ was one of many highlights from Metronomy’s latest album ‘Summer 08’ - so only fair that it gets the official video treatment before the year is out.
Following the story of a scorned lover who constantly sees her cheating lover appearing all over the place as she drives along, it ends with the car meeting a pretty grissly fate in the desert - definitely putting to bed any chances of an Auto Trader listing if you ask us.
Released earlier in the year ‘Summer 08’ was a grooving throwback record for Metronomy honcho Joe Mount, who’ll be bringing the record into the live world with a string of shows in 2017 that include a headline slot at next year’s Secret Garden Party.
