Momma's new album 'Welcome to My Blue Sky' is coming in April

Brooklyn band Momma announce April 2025 album and share new single "I Want You," alongside extensive US and European tour dates.

Momma have announced their new album 'Welcome to My Blue Sky', set for release on 4th April 2025 via Lucky Number / Polyvinyl.

The Brooklyn-based band have shared new single 'I Want You (Fever)', accompanied by a video directed by Jaxon Whittington. The track follows their previous release 'Ohio All The Time', which arrived late last year.

"'I Want You (Fever)' is a song we wrote about wanting to be with someone who has a girlfriend, or someone who isn't over their ex," the band explain. "It's pining after someone, but there's also some confidence knowing that that person wants to be with you. The second we wrote that song we felt like we were entering a new era - we scrapped everything we had written for the album up to that point because it felt so fresh and so exciting."

'Welcome to My Blue Sky', which follows 2022's 'Household Name', was recorded at Studio G in Brooklyn and produced by bassist Aron Kobayashi Ritch.

The band - completed by Etta Friedman, Allegra Weingarten and Preston Fulks - have announced a full US tour alongside appearances at Outbreak festival and Primavera Sound.
