Nova Twins are teasing their third studio album '
Parasites & Butterflies', set for release via Marshall Records, with latest single
'N.O.V.A'.The new track follows previous singles '
Monsters', '
Soprano', and '
Piranha', with the album recorded in Vermont, USA alongside producer Rich Costey, known for his work with Foo Fighters, Muse, Deftones, and Sam Fender.
Speaking about 'N.O.V.A',
Amy Love and
Georgia South share: "This is a celebration of identity, a tribute to the women in our family, and a refusal to apologise for who we are. As two Black women in rock music, we initially felt we had to prove ourselves, due to a lack of representation. Sticking to our guns and overcoming self-doubt has brought us pride. This song honours the peers who paved the way and the progress we've made."
The album's tracklist includes '
Glory', 'Piranha', 'Monsters', 'Soprano', '
Drip', 'N.O.V.A', '
Sandman', '
Hummingbird', '
Parallel Universe', '
Hide & Seek', '
Hurricane', and '
Black Roses'.
