Ruel has returned with a brand new track, 'YOU AGAINST YOURSELF'.

Following up on recent efforts 'GROWING UP IS _' and 'LET THE GRASS GROW', a press release explains Ruel has spent the last two and a half years writing and recording over 100 new songs, which (presumably after a bit of an edit down - Ed) will come together to form a forthcoming album.
