August Ponthier is an American indie folk singer-songwriter born on February 26, 1996. They released their debut EP, Faking My Own Death, in 2021. Their second EP, Shaking Hands With Elvis, followed in 2022, and their third EP, Breaking the Fourth Wall, was released in 2024. Their debut album, Everywhere Isn’t Texas, was released on February 13, 2026.
