About King Krule
Archy Ivan Marshall, born 24 August 1994, is an English singer, songwriter, musician, rapper, and record producer known by his stage name King Krule. He began recording music in 2010 under the moniker Zoo Kid and adopted the name King Krule in 2011. He released several EPs before his debut full-length album, 6 Feet Beneath the Moon, in 2013. His second album, A New Place 2 Drown, was released in 2015, followed by The Ooz in 2017 and Man Alive! in 2020. His fifth album, Space Heavy, was released in 2023. His music incorporates elements of punk jazz, hip hop, darkwave, trip hop, and post-punk.
