Luke Albert Combs, born March 2, 1990, in North Carolina, is an American country singer. He performed as a child and moved to Nashville after leaving college to pursue a music career. In 2014, he released his debut EP, The Way She Rides. His debut album, This One's for You, was released in 2017 and reached number four on the Billboard 200 chart. His second album, What You See Is What You Get, was released in 2019 and topped charts in multiple territories. Combs has received three Grammy Award nominations, two iHeart Radio music awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards, and six Country Music Association Awards, including the Entertainer of the Year award in 2021 and 2022.
