About Luke Hemmings
Luke Robert Hemmings, born on 16 July 1996, is an Australian singer and musician. He is a founding member, lead vocalist, and rhythm guitarist of the pop rock band 5 Seconds of Summer. Since 2014, the band has sold more than 10 million albums, performed over two million concert tickets worldwide, and accumulated over 7 billion streams of their songs. Hemmings released his debut solo studio album, When Facing the Things We Turn Away From, through Sony Music Australia on 13 August 2021. The album debuted at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart and reached the top 20 in Belgium and the United Kingdom. He released a solo EP titled Boy on 26 April 2024 and commenced touring in support of the EP with the Nostalgia For A Time That Never Existed Tour starting in May 2024.
