About Methyl Ethel
Methyl Ethel is an Australian art rock band from Perth, formed as the solo project of Jake Webb. Webb is joined by an accompanying band during performances, with core members including bassist Thom Stewart and drummer Chris Wright. The band was signed to Future Classic in 2021 and was previously signed to Dot Dash and 4AD. Webb previously fronted the band Sugarpuss.
