About Pamela
Pamela Aslı Spence, born on 25 February 1973, is a Turkish-English singer and actress. She was born to an English father and a Turkish mother and learned to sing in Turkish at the age of 15. Spence studied Theater Arts at the Ankara State Conservatory. She gained early recognition in Turkey through her performance in a musical version of They Shoot Horses, Don't They?, where she acted alongside Okan Bayülgen and Fikret Kuşkan. She also appeared in the TV miniseries Lahmacun ve Pizza and participated as a vocalist in Teoman's group. Her debut album, Eğer Dinlersen, was released after a lengthy preparation period. Her second album, Şehir Rehberi, featured a style closer to rock music, with the song "İstanbul" drawing significant public attention. In May 2006, she released her third album, Cehennet. Spence has collaborated with various Turkish singers and performed in several musicals.
