About This Track

Audien pairs with Lady Antebellum on this dance-pop collaboration, a track built around the idea of two people destined to meet across distance and time. Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott trade verses about recognising a stranger whose face somehow feels known, their voices layered over production that builds from intimate verses into an expansive chorus. The song hinges on a simple promise: "wait for me; I swear I'll find you", repeated with increasing conviction as the arrangement swells beneath it. The production moves between restraint and release. Verses sit close and conversational, the arrangement sparse enough to let the vocals breathe.
