About This Track

Bladee adopts the voice of someone in psychological crisis, moving between a psychiatric ward and states of dissociation. The song builds around a central refusal: "I don't wanna wake up", paired with declarations of absence and detachment. He positions himself as unreachable, a missing person who has gone off the radar, whilst simultaneously asserting loyalty to his immediate circle and contempt for those outside it.
