'Question Mark' by Bleachers is a 2024 track from the album 'Bleachers (Bonus Track Version)'. The lyrics feel frenetic and teasing, moving through sleep-wired restlessness, cities and terminals, and a recurring push to “Stop the machine” before things restart. There’s a sense of restless commentary too, with lines about men talking at LaGuardia, a talky, bureaucratic hum, and a parade of received ideas. The energy is all forward motion, like a mind sprinting from one image to the next without pausing to settle.
"Question Mark" is a track by Bleachers, from the album Bleachers (Bonus Track Version), released 8th March 2024. Full lyrics are available below. Dork has published 20 articles about Bleachers.

Yesterday I woke up all fretty and wired Phoenix to the south, Bartees' desire By the dull harm of men talking at LaGuardia Stop the machine Stop, stop, stop Start the machine Giddy up kids, time to paint the sewers The original too-flat-Earthy new boomers Are the dull hum of a building on fire

Bleachers’ new single ‘Blood Brothers’ is out now, ahead of the band’s November and December UK and European tour dates.

Paramore’s ‘Re: This Is Why’ was built on an unusually direct brief: let collaborators take the songs somewhere genuinely their own.

Six songs that map The Chicks’ country-pop hooks, sharply written stories and refusal to soften the point.

Carly Rae Jepsen opened the five-show run with an acoustic version; The Chicks returned to the same debut-era song for its finale.

Jack Antonoff’s 2024 fourth album did not leave Bleachers’ earlier concerns behind. It made room for love, friendship and the unsettled business of being here now.

Jack Antonoff’s band completed their Los Angeles mini-residency with a surprise appearance from The Chicks.
