Lyrics

Pre-Evergreen

Pre-Evergreen

Felt a lot like love

Valley below

Blue sky above

Top down

Top's off

Hands out

Pulled over to the side of the road

To have it out

You said you wanted to leave

I didn't wanna believe though

It's like a terrible dream-locked trauma

Wanna wake up

(Verse)

Pre-Evergreen

I had a deal:

I had to sleep for days and days

Before I knew what was real

If you true

And I'm wild

Your dad said I should die

I didn't mind

You said you wanted to leave

I wasn't one who could see it though

Saw the driver we lean on

And go

You said you wanted to leave

I didn't wanna believe though

It's like a terrible dream-locked trauma

So, why wake up?

Time

Time to believe

Together we'll leave

To leave

Just came to bleed it on

Time

Time to believe

Together we'll need

To leave

Feel so defeated

Time

Time to believe

Together we'll need

To leave

Leave while the getting is high

Time to believe

Together we'll leave

Time

Time to believe

Time

Time to believe

You said you wanted to leave

I didn't wanna believe though
