Before He Cheats - Story Behind the Song

"Before He Cheats" was such a huge song for me and still is. I mean, people get down in the audience when they're singin' it, and I love it. But I always think of just the kind of that, it was my first like sass song on the radio. And I've had a lot since, so it's kinda like maybe without that one I wouldn't have been able to have the duets or Cowboy Casanovas or, you know, some of the other, other sassy songs that I get to sing. And it's so much fun to sing those songs, so. I just get to think about, you know, bein', bein' tough. Bein' a, bein' a rocker chick on stage and get to, get to look on the audience, and see everybody get down with me.
