And you got to do what you got to do to provide for your family and put food on the table

You leave that to the rich fucks that live in the hills, they worry about karma

I worry about big pharma, who don't give a fuck about any of us

They'll give us medicine and make us even more sicker

You think they live with karma? I don't think so

I do what I got to do to provide for my family

You take certain risks when you're out there on the street

You live for now, and you could care less what happens in return in the long run
