Lyrics

Lately

Yeah!

Meet me in the back, pull up a chair

Like a beat in the wild, I'm ensnared

No motives here, just a perfect stare

What it's doing, what it's doing

No one else I wanna drink with

No one else I wanna- yeah

I'm never on time, I'm always patient

You've been catching me off guard lately

No one else I wanna drink with

No one else I wanna- yeah

I'm never on time, I'm always patient

You've been catching me off guard lately

Meet me in the back, pull up a chair

Like a beat in the wild, I'm ensnared

No motives here, just a perfect stare

What it's doing to me, what it's doing to me

Meet me in the back, pull up a chair

Like a beat in the wild, I'm ensnared

No motives here, just a perfect stare

What it's doing, what it's doing

You can take me back to the first day

The first time, but you can't take the present today

Head on the pillow, like a nursery rhyme

She gets where I'm going, gets it all of the time
