About This Track

‘Skit’ by Hemso is a 2020 Hip-Hop/Rap track from the album ‘Knast oder Palast’. The lyrics place listeners in Offenbach and describe life framed as “Terrorstadt”, with money-making in a ghetto setting and a policing or courtroom gaze looking to put people behind bars. There is also a blunt, streetwise roll-call of time spent and the car culture of youth, alongside a reference to illegal living. The piece is more atmosphere than narrative, sharpening its edge with a terse, taunting register before passing on.

"Skit" is a track by Hemso, from the album Knast oder Palast, released 6th March 2020. The track is 1:25 long. It's filed under Hip-Hop/Rap. Full lyrics are available below.

[Songtext zu „Skit“]

[Part]

Willkomm'n in Offenbach, 069, Terrorstadt

Oberlandgericht will uns hinter Gittern seh'n

63069 – meine Postleitzahl

Willkommen hier in my Life
