Bechdel Test

I've been missing appointments
And birthdays and sunsets
I've been watching too many movies
That do not pass the Bechdel Test
And that makes me feel like I am a bad feminist
But I pirate them
So that makes it better, I guess

I've been trying to soul search
And write more and de-stress
I've been clinging to hope like a guardrail
Like a life vest

They don't know yet

Can something be prescribed to me?
I don't like getting high
But there's a game of Operation in my skull
The bittersweet, the apathy

I'm trying to see the genius of it all

My cell phone, and good sleep
I've been googling the best manifestation techniques
And I've been taking quizzes based in pop psychology
And they're always a letdown
But I've never been easy to please

I'm steeping in anxiety
I'm teetering on a tightrope
And I'm waiting for the moment when I'll fall
