About This Track

A collaboration between Norwegian producer K-391, Alan Walker, vocalist Julie Bergan, and Seungri, 'Ignite' appeared on the Polish compilation Radio Zet - Siła Muzyki Vol. 3 in 2018. The writing credits span a wide team including Walker, K-391, and several co-writers, suggesting the track emerged from a pooled electronic-pop production process rather than a single studio session. Julie Bergan handles the verses and choruses, her delivery threading through imagery of fireflies, starships, and combustion. She sings of hands like flame and palms that bring pain, the refrain built around the line 'one touch and I ignite'. Seungri takes the bridge, his contribution brief and declarative, invoking diamonds and particles falling from heaven before Bergan returns for the final chorus and drop.
