Lyrics

Breaking Ground

[Verse]

Hold my hand and wait

The signs are all off but the feeling still remains

Crave one last look at this thing we made

Leave the pictures on the walls

But please keep my name

And say it everyday

It's lost its touch and grace

The martyr and the prey

This rope can take and save

The bodies I left for you to clean

I said the things I didn't mean

I look at you only see me

This name is all that I can bring

Believe these words

I say are true

My pride is you

Believe these words

I say are true

My pride is you

Believe these words

I say are true

My pride is you
