Lyrics

Selfish

[Pre-Chorus]

I love you too much to pretend

But I won't give up

Nobody else can have you

'Cause girl, I'm selfish

If I could help it

I wouldn't be on some bullshit

I'm on some bullshit again

Giving you hell, selfish

I need help, can't help it

[Chorus]

I got a broken heart, had it locked

But you found the key, baby

You opened it up, I was not ready yet

I reach out to you, but I can't reach

Even though it's right in front of me

Looking in your eyes, eternity

So can you blame me for trying?

[Post-Chorus]

I love you too much to pretend, yeah

I'm on some bullshit again

Giving you hell, sеlfish

I need help, can't help it

[Verse]

I don't know why I do this, but I know that I don't wanna lose it (Ooh)

'Causе every time you forgive me, I have to fuck it up and end up feeling stupid (Feeling stupid)

But you keep lovin' me the same, even when I get a little toxic

Don't it feel good at night, playin' with a little excitement?

Oh

[Pre-Chorus]

I love you too much to pretend, yeah

I'm on some bullshit again (Gotta stop my bullshit)

Giving you hell, selfish (I've been giving you hell)

I need help, can't help it (Oh, I can't help it)

[Chorus]

I got a broken heart (Got a broken heart), had it locked

But you found the key, baby

You opened it up, I was not ready yet (But I was not)

I reach out to you, but I can't reach (Yeah)

Even though it's right in front of me (Yeah)

Looking in your eyes, eternity

So can you blame me for trying?

[Pre-Chorus]

I love you too much to pretend

But I been too, way too selfish, yeah

Baby girl, I need help, I can't help it

[Chorus]

Got a broken heart, had it locked

But you found the key, baby

You opened it up, I was not ready yet

I reach out to you, but I can't reach

Even though it's right in front of me

Looking in your eyes, eternity

So can you blame me for trying?

Was Mario originally called Jumpman, Mr. Video or Ossan?

Mario was linked to Ossan, Mr. Video and Jumpman before becoming Nintendo’s defining character, but the labels belonged to different development and release contexts rather than one neat sequence of official renamings.
