Outro

[Intro: DJ X.O.]

Yeah

It seems like I've been around the world and back, oh yeah, yeah, ayy

It seems like I've been around the world and back, oh yeah

It seems like I've been around the world and back, oh

It seems like, yeah, yeah, ohh

[Chorus: DJ X.O. & Propain]

It seems like I've been 'round the world and back, oh

Yeah, the feelin's so true, you can't take it back, no

This moment mine, I'ma never let it go, no

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

No timе to waste, we gon' elеvate or take control, yeah

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control (Yeah), yeah

[Verse: Propain]

From in the hood petty hustlin'

Them teachers said that we'd never be nothin'

Now them same schools call us up for a pep rally

Walk up in that bitch and I bet it be jumpin'

But who'd have guess it though?

We was in them stolen cars doin' donuts 'round at Texaco

Mark got ten, I cried when they arrested bro

Pat caught a slug to the dome, damn, rest his soul

I guess all my granny and prayers connected so

Through all the bullshit, the man just kept on blessin' Pro'

And all the shit that I'm supposed to have a record for

I put in pain over beats to make the records blow

Yeah, I'm from a spot, we'll make it out it

I went from countin' crumbs to now we thumbin' through thousands

Livin' by the Rockets, no more of them public housin'

Got so far to go, but I shine on niggas who doubted (Yeah, ohh), Trill

[Chorus: DJ X.O. & Propain]

It seems like I've been 'round the world and back, oh

Yeah, the feelin's so true, you can't take it back, no

This moment mine, I'ma never let it go, no

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control (Yeah), yeah

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control (We gotta take control of our own situation)

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control, yeah

[Outro: Propain & DJ X.O.]

7 Day Theory, man, it's crazy how this whole shit came about

Um

We was tryna put the whole process of makin' some new music, and uh

That shit just wasn't goin' in my favor, a lotta shit just wasn't goin' in my favor

And one night, it's almost like the Devil came, the Devil was like

"It ain't workin' out for you, you might as well come to this side, you might as well sell your soul"

True story, man, I swear

And um-I remember wakin' up

Actually that day, that was-that was July the 7th

I remember wakin' up, man, and just-just realizin' like

"Man, I got seven days to construct that, I can't—," you know I'm sayin'? (Yeah, ohh)

"Whatever gon' happen," and um

It seems like I've been 'round the world and back, oh

I ended up gettin' in the studio with DJ X.O. the next day

Yeah, the feelin's so true, you can't take it back, no

And uh

Me and that nigga just kinda had like a vibe goin' and next thing you know

This moment mine, I'ma never let it go, no

Shit, we knocked out seven songs in seven days

Some of the best music I ever made

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

Um

And we ended up not puttin' it out when we were supposed to

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

But in them seven days, I learned so much, it was almost like a rebirth of who I was as a person

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control, yeah

You find out so much about yourself when your back to the wall

You find out you could do shit you ain't even know could do, and um

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

7 Day Theory, man

No time to waste, we gon' elevate or take control

It ain't too much more I could say about that, uh

As you c-know, I end up not

Crossin' over and goin' over to the other side, man, you know?

But uh-that was a blessin' in disguise so

Throughout that dream, I probably thought that that was the Devil tellin' me that but in actuality it could've just been God givin' me a reality check

Yeah, so now we hustlin' harder, man, Forever Trill
