'Kill Something' by PUP is a 2021 track from the album 'Waiting / Kill Something '. The lyrics stage a restive, self-questioning mood, with the speaker swearing they are breaking out, calling out the confusion around what is wanted, and pushing back against worn-out patterns. There is a feeling of frustration and fatigue, alongside a strain of defiant introspection, as they ask why they keep doing the things they do, even when there seems to be nothing left to prove. The vocal tone leans into agitation, with the speaker growling at the sadness that has been lingering.
"Kill Something" is a track by PUP, from the album Waiting / Kill Something , released 9th November 2021. Full lyrics are available below. Dork has published 20 articles about PUP.
