'Kinetic' by Radiohead is an alternative track from the album 'Pyramid Song - EP' (2001). The lyrics keep returning to the idea of being kept in motion, with repeated warnings not to “fall asleep at the wheel”, as the speaker waits for someone who never arrives. The tone is restless and slightly admonishing, like a countdown that refuses to let up. Its pulse-like refrain, underlined by the word Kinetic, turns the subject matter into a kind of verbal propulsion, insistently urging movement over drift.
"Kinetic" is a track by Radiohead, from the album Pyramid Song - EP, released 15th May 2001. The track is 4:06 long. It's filed under Alternative. Full lyrics are available below. Dork has published 19 articles about Radiohead.
