Rick Ross frames a portrait of attraction to the dope-boy lifestyle through Omarion's aching chorus. The track moves between Ross's boasts about diamonds, luxury cars, and Miami dominion, and the emotional toll on a woman drawn into that world. She sheds tears for him, handles his business, waits for him; he keeps his heart frozen, moving through wealth and danger with the detachment of someone for whom violence is routine. The production sits in a pocket between trap and R&B, Omarion's voice providing counterweight to Ross's matter-of-fact delivery. Where he raps about Lear jets and South Beach rooftops, the chorus pulls back to something more vulnerable, the gap between what glitters and what actually sustains. Ross doesn't judge the arrangement; he simply states it. The reward is major, he says, so on and so forth. That flatness, that refusal to sentimentalise or condemn, is where the song's power lives.
