Supergrass announce a new North American tour for 30th anniversary of 'I Should Coco'
Britpop band Supergrass will tour globally in 2025, performing their debut album in full to mark its 30th anniversary.
About This Track
‘Lenny’ by Supergrass is a Rock track from the album ‘I Should Coco’ (released in 1995). The lyrics find a speaker trapped in repetition, insisting they are not getting anywhere, then turning confrontational and threatening, before ending mid-sentence. The vocal stance is aggrieved and determined, with the refrain-like return to “around and around” making the frustration feel circular and inescapable. One glimpse of the title lands in a song that plays like a bad-tempered reckoning, cut short before it resolves.
"Lenny" is a single by Supergrass, from the album I Should Coco, released 14th May 1995. The track is 2:43 long. It's filed under Rock. Full lyrics are available below. Dork has published 7 articles about Supergrass.
