Lyrics

Slacks

[Verse 1]

Slack pulls through, I search for you

Drink in strides, we'll stumble the night

I've packed my things, darling you've pulled my strings

Wipe my eye and you out of sight

[Chorus]

You don't hold my heart

Like you run in dark

You don't hold my heart

Like you fell from heights

[Verse 2]

Slack pulls through, I search for you

Drink in strides, we'll stumble the night

Yeah, you feel so tired of running (Weight can bind)

Find me with my shoulders down (Pressure that breaks my spine)

I will carry you through hallways (Leave in line)

Find a way to lay you down (Your troubles behind)

[Chorus]

You don't hold my heart

Like you run in dark

You don't hold my heart

Like you fell from heights

[Bridge]

(One, two, three)

All I was looking for is catching some time

But you don't wanna be a friend

All I was looking for is catching some time

But you don't wanna be a friend

All I was looking for is catching some time

But you don't wanna be a friend

All I was looking for is catching some time

But you don't wanna be a fr-

[Chorus]

You don't hold my heart

Like you run in dark

You don't hold my heart

Like you fell from heights

[Outro]

Slack pulls through, I'll search for you
