Lyrics

Candy

Candy but none for the eye

Big old Mandy chew the double whoppers in the valleys

And up in the sky, the buzzard glides over the koyotes

Make love in hotel rooms on 25 floors

Na na na na (na na na na na)

Do it for the story on my skateboard

Sunrise, it's yellow and round

Comes up from the ground and the cliffs and dunes surround me

This American dream, another day, another decaf

Make love in hotel rooms on 25 floors

Na na na na, na na na na na

Do it for the story on my skateboard

Standing proud

I’ll keep this memory until I die

Na na na na, na na na na na

Na na na na, na na na na na

Starbucks in the morning, top up my tan

I got on an aeroplane with valium

Candy but none for the eye

Big old Mandy chew the douple whoppers in the valleys

And up in the sky, the buzzard glides over the koyotes

Make love in hotel rooms on 25 floors

Na na na na, na na na na na

Do it for the story on my skateboard

Went to gay town, saw the hippies and the beat poets

Stayed in North Beach, doing Tai Chi, eating chocolate

So yeah yeah yeah yeah

Standing proud

I'll keep this memory until I die

Yeah yeah yeah yeah

Standing proud

I'll keep this memory until I die

Standing proud

I’ll keep this memory until I die

Standing proud

I'll keep this memory until I die

Yeah yeah yeah
