Complacency

This is what I do:

I have so much to lose

And I can’t change my ways

Have fun, misbehave

Complacent with my dilemma

It still could have been May

No more than three weeks had passed

And I became stuck in my ways

Like my mind was my own clock

Wake up, go to work, come home

Do it all again

I drank to stop my mind from wandering

When I was home

When I was home alone
