The Vaccines have debuted a new single, 'Thunder Fever'

The Vaccines have released a brand new single, 'Thunder Fever'.

The track is their first new music since last year's album 'Back In Love City', their fifth consecutive full-length to hit the Top 5 of the UK Official Albums Chart.

“'Thunder Fever' plays on the idea that falling in love can feel as powerful, intense and as sudden as something meteorological," explains frontman Justin Young. "Something heaven sent. It feels out of this world. Pop music has always been obsessed with the other-worldly, and that’s how the best of it often looks and feels - it relies on hyperbole.

Recorded at The Pool, produced by Fryars (Mark Ronson, Pharrell) and mixed by Matt Wiggins (Glass Animals, Florence & The Machine), you can check it out below.

Look, we're not saying we can hear some Ricky Martin in it, but we're also NOT saying we can't. The Vaccines are set to hit the road this spring, for a run that includes a headline date at London's Eventim Apollo on 21st April.
