Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, born October 22, 1992, is a British-born rapper based in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in London and raised in the United States. He began his recording career in 2013 and released three independent mixtapes that received regional recognition. His collaborative extended play with record producer Metro Boomin, titled Savage Mode (2016), reached number 23 on the Billboard 200 chart. The EP's lead singles, "X" featuring Future and "No Heart," both reached the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100. In 2016, he gained additional recognition for his guest appearance on Drake's single "Sneakin'." In January 2017, he signed a recording contract with Epic Records. His debut studio album, Issa Album (2017), peaked at number two on the Billboard 200, with its lead single "Bank Account" reaching number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. That year, he also released the collaborative album Without Warning (2017) with Metro Boomin and Offset. Additionally, he appeared as a guest on Post Malone's single "Rockstar," which topped the Billboard Hot 100 and received nominations for Record of the Year and Best Rap/Sung Performance at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards.
