Conor Mullen Oberst, born on February 15, 1980, is an American singer-songwriter. He is best known for his work with the band Bright Eyes. He has also performed with several other groups, including Desaparecidos, the Faint (formerly Norman Bailer), Commander Venus, Park Ave., Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band, Monsters of Folk, and Better Oblivion Community Center.
