
The Pretty Reckless return with new single 'When I Wake Up' and fifth album details

The Pretty Reckless is an American rock band from New York City, formed in 2009. The band includes Taylor Momsen on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Ben Phillips on lead guitar and backing vocals, Mark Damon on bass, and Jamie Perkins on drums. Their debut studio album, Light Me Up, was released in August 2010 and featured the single "Make Me Wanna Die." The band released the Hit Me Like a Man EP in early 2012. Their second album, Going to Hell, was released in March 2014 and included the singles "Heaven Knows" and "Messed Up World (F'd Up World)," both of which topped the US and UK rock charts. In October 2016, they released their third studio album, Who You Selling For, which included the single "Take Me Down," reaching number one on the US rock chart. Their fourth album, Death by Rock and Roll, was released in February 2021. The band became the first female-fronted group to have seven singles top the Mainstream Rock chart when "Death by Rock and Roll" reached number one.
