Anna-Catherine Hartley, known professionally as Uffie, is an American and French singer, songwriter, rapper, DJ, and fashion designer. She was born on December 9, 1987. Uffie's music combines elements of synthpop, acid house, alternative dance, and genres described as electro, rap, and nu skool. She gained recognition for her single 'Pop the Glock' and collaborated with Justice on the track 'TThhEe PPaARRtTYY,' which appears on their Grammy-nominated album Cross. Her live performances have been described as "Warholian." In 2010, Uffie released her debut album, Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans, which appeared on several year-end critics' lists and was nominated for Best Electronic Album at the French Victoires de la Musique. After a period of hiatus, she released the EP Tokyo Love Hotel independently in 2019.
