That way you can spend the next few hours hoping for sunshine and working out how many cereal bars you can eat in one weekend. So anyway, here are the nine bands you should probably definitely see even if it's raining or you're feeling a bit delicate.

It takes a lot for a metal band to shake things up but Code Orange have caused all sorts of ripples since the release of 'Forever'. Emotionally and sonically tipping the scales, there's a touch of beauty and a hint of vulnerability to their hulking destruction but it's still one of the heaviest sets you'll see all weekend.

Yonaka are part of a fierce crop of bands straddling the worlds of indie and rock with upmost confidence and zero fucks about your rules. Download might not be the most natural of fits for 'em , all melody and hyperactive scribbles, but their music comes with a visceral snarl and they'll be damned before they act like underdogs.

Of Mice & Men have already released a song to show just how 'Unbreakable' the band remain following the departure of vocalist Austin Carlile but there's still a lot to prove going into this weekend. This is a band that has always created diamonds from the pressure though. Watch them sparkle on the main stage.

Following the toe-dip in the pool of all things sugary last year with All Time Low, Download 2017 sees them diving head first into the world of bright colours. The best in the business of brightness are As It Is. Fresh from the excitement of their second album 'okay', the group will be anything but. Promise.

It's Creeper. On the main stage. Of course you're going to go see them. You're not stupid.

Everyone likes a new favourite band and this can be yours. Fresh from a ridiculous amount of touring and with things a-brewing, why not start your Sunday with a set of emotionally churning bangers that'll haunt you for the rest of the day.

This is it. The last step before becoming a headline act and if there's any band in the world ready to show 'em what they're capable of, it's A Day To Remember. Going big with a collision of breakdowns and house parties, ADTR are well-versed in nights that'll stay with you forever but backed by 'Bad Vibrations', a new freedom and everything to gain, expect things to get silly good.
