Got shades, hide my face faded Hide my shade, days always waste away Stay MIA Strangers on my case, dangers in my face Days I wanna change my name That's why I stay MIA MIA That's why I stay MIA MIA, MIA
M-I, M-I, M-I-A M-I, M-I, M-I-A
I can't tell if I'm meant to be here Pull up at the party, I know nobody here Talking 'bout who got more money Who got Gucci or Versace, I don't That's what you're on, I don't belong around here Strung around
Got shades, hide my face faded Hide my shade, days always waste away Stay MIA Strangers (Strangers) on my case, dangers (Dangers) in my face Days I wanna changе my name That's why I stay MIA MIA That's why I stay MIA MIA, MIA
M-I, M-I, M-I-A M-I, M-I, M-I-A
All of us here, wе ain't got nobody Bodies on the weekend, week out You ain't got love for nobody, nobody
Got shades, hide my face faded Hide my shade, days always waste away Stay MIA Strangers (Strangers) on my case, dangers (Dangers) in my face Days I wanna change my name That's why I stay MIA MIA That's why I stay MIA MIA, MIA
M-I, M-I, M-I-A M-I, M-I, M-I-A M-I, M-I, M-I-A M-I, M-I, M-I-A

At Reading Festival 2026, RAYE and Absolutely each made room for difficult feelings without letting them define the atmosphere of their sets.
RAYE first used ‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’ to open festival sets before it was released. By Reading 2026, it had become the emphatic final word in her first headline performance there.
Amma and Absolutely are not simply guests on ‘Joy.’: individual verses, a Reading Festival appearance and the sunflower-filled Joymobile video place the family collaboration at its centre.
RAYE’s second album uses autumn, winter, spring and summer to make space for grief, friendship, humour and the possibility of getting outside again.
