HILARY DUFF

Hilary Erhard Duff, born September 28, 1987, is an American actress, singer-songwriter, businesswoman, and author. She received awards including a World Music Award, seven Kids' Choice Awards, four Teen Choice Awards, and two Young Artist Awards. Duff began her acting career at a young age and was soon recognized as a teen idol. She played Lizzie McGuire in the Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire from 2001 to 2004 and starred in the film The Lizzie McGuire Movie in 2003. She appeared in several mainstream films such as Cadet Kelly (2002), Agent Cody Banks (2003), Cheaper by the Dozen (2003), A Cinderella Story (2004), and Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005). Later, she took on roles in independent films including War, Inc. (2008), According to Greta (2009), Bloodworth (2011), and The Haunting of Sharon Tate (2019). Duff starred as Kelsey Peters in the TV Land series Younger from 2015 to 2021, which earned her award nominations. She also produced and starred as Sophie Tompkins in the Hulu sitcom How I Met Your Father from 2022 to 2023.
