TWENTY ONE PILOTS

Twenty One Pilots is an American musical duo from Columbus, Ohio. The group was formed in 2009 by lead vocalist Tyler Joseph, with Nick Thomas and Chris Salih, who both left in 2011. Since then, the lineup has consisted of Joseph and drummer Josh Dun. The duo is known for their singles "Stressed Out," "Ride," and "Heathens," which achieved commercial success between 2015 and 2016. "Stressed Out" earned them a Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards. They released two albums independently: 'Twenty One Pilots' (2009) and 'Regional at Best' (2011). In 2012, they signed with record label Fueled by Ramen. Their label debut, 'Vessel' (2013), was the second album in history where every track received at least a gold certification. Their fourth album, 'Blurryface' (2015), marked a breakthrough, featuring the hit singles "Stressed Out" and "Ride," and was the first album where every track received at least a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.
