aespa have released their sixth mini-album
'Rich Man', out via SM Entertainment alongside the title-track and its accompanying video.
The lead song, 'Rich Man', is a dance-driven cut built around gritty electric guitar and a message of self-belief. In an interview with NME, KARINA said, “What makes the song very special is its message. It’s not about material wealth, but about self-confidence and believing in yourself. So the opening line says look for someone who can do everything for you – but that’s you. So, I’m already a rich man because I trust and love myself.”
The new release follows 2024 singles 'Supernova', '
Armageddon', and '
Whiplash', and arrives after the physical single 'Dirty Work'.
aespa also began their third tour, “2025 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : aeXIS LINE”, with three nights at Seoul’s KSPO Dome, and will continue across Asia through the rest of the year.
